Yeah, our new place is about a half mile away. Two bedrooms(one will be an office/studio)kitchen, living room, bath, outside patio that's pretty private, nice an clean but at this point lacking the charm of our old place and twice as much money. Geeeeezzzzzzz. We may just stay till we find a better place or other changes point us in an entirely new direction. Only thing constant is change, right?

I'm jealous of your hammock, though I had plenty of time on it while traveling recently.
I'm also moving soon and the main criteria has to be a place for my hammock.
The only failing of the commune was that it was born way before it's time.

the fire I was talking about may have been the teepee but all I remember is it was up on the ridge above the "summer palace..larry and barbara's". I remember we carried water to but it out because the fire department couldn't decide if they had jurisdiction and authorization to work on that fire. Beauracracy!

If there was a summer palace at the time of the fire then the teepee was long gone, thus the fire could not have been there. I dimly recalll that, in fact there was a fire at the teepee and it was burned down, but by this time Betty and I no longer lived there. Actually as I recall our stay there was very short. I think that the teepee was burned down by people passing through. Someone should ask Larry and Barbara they may remember more than I do. My memory is pretty well shot from all of that stuff I've smoked. What kind of training are you getting?

about the fires...the one you are talking about ted, was the lightning fire behind the summer palace, i remember you driving the beast in with buckets of water...blm or whatever agency did not want to go in...kind of crazy....the teepee burned shortly after i arrived...i figured sig must be an ex sr..since he knew of teddy's bad habit..also the initials sig....but who is butterfly ?
