I don't remember this either. Was it after my time? We used to get turkey eggs by the gross, but I have no memeory of getting eggs from any chicken lady.

Maybe I halucinated the whole thing. I am not that confident of my memory you know. Let's wait and see if anyone else remembers this freaky looking lady.

Well if she isn't the CHICKEN LADY, than who the heck is she??????? This was taken off the claim, that is for sure. And I didn't eat eggs then, so I didn't pay attention. Could she be Mr. Ed's wife??

I recall a photo of the Chicken Lady taken right after her house had burned down. I remember she looked just as happy as she does here. This may be the same photo....Perhaps we should have sat her on the Buddha shelf....

Hi, this is so strange. Just heard about this site. I am Patty. Came to Sunnyridge for the summer of 69 after high school graduation and a trip to Europe. Came up to Sunnyridge with my best friend. Thought I would start my life with Bobby, got my heart broke and left my heart and my best friend with Bobby and hitched to SF and LA,
Reason I entered under this page is that I have taken care of the Egg Lady in the hospital in Grants Pass a number of times. She just laughed when I called her the Egg lady. She has lots of fun memories of that time.
