is this taken at sunny ridge ?
FROM:  Teddy, on Aug 27, 1998

Yes, this picture was taken at Sunnyridge. The garden was to the right, the goats were to the left, and the photo was taken from the circle of stumps in the courtyard. This was the outside stove, remember?

This sove never worked very well and actually was not used that much as I recall. I think the really great thing here is the dress. How about it? Dinner being made in this fantastic neglige'

When I look at this picture, I remember the tea of course, but also the soy mayonnaise and home made bread.

Hey -- Don't you remember Stew's father making 100 pounds of potato pancakes (latkes) on the outdoor stove? He continued on into the night -- someone held a kerosene lamp up for him to see by. ALL the latkes were eaten....

Who is SIG ? When was Stew's father there? Which Stew?

FROM:       SIG, on May 19, 2000
Peter--I know you've figured it out by now...How many Stews were there?...Both his parents came in July of '71. The first thing his Dad saw was Thesa, very pregnant and naked, floating out of the woods. His Dad LOVED Sunnyridge...His parents and he also took a carload of kids to the beach -- photos of that excursion coming soon...And yes, his Dad bought 40 pounds of onions, 50 pounds of potatoes, a lot of oil, applesauce, and sour cream, and some reasonable matzoh-meal substitute, and prepared and cooked potato pancakes on that same stove for over five hours....

Hey man, hippies smell. I oughta know, I was one. And the chicks smell too, like an old dog. Hey, they looked that way too. I don't know who my real mother or father are. I sucked on just about every nursing hippy chicks teat when I was growing up. When I was too old to suck all we ate were mushrooms and maci-cheese. The adults all seemed happy and content as an ostrich with its head in the sand. Us kids were miserable, hungry and cold. Damn you commie ass kissers. I now work for a defense contractor and live in a big glass and metal house all by myself. Thanks for fucking my life up you stupid counter culture losers. I will vote for W every election until I die. NUKE THE WHALES FOR WHIRLED PEAS!
