Hello, anybody out there?

Now there seems to be less traffic than ever!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS...

From:     Mij     12/25/2011     9:14 A.M.

Hello everyone! And a very Merry Christmas to all!!

Sorry Ted to have been such a fuddy-duddy in the participation of
this ALWAYS awesome and cool site, it's just been a busy time and it seems
like my computer time is just enough to check my e-mail and my weather
sites! But the latter has been quite BORING!! We've been in a cold, dry,
freezing fog situation almost the entire month of December, and it's very
likely to go down as THE DRIEST December in history! I took a walk at
the Botanical Wayside at Rough and Ready Creek and it's running like
it's late August...Knock on wood ( My head works too! ) the forecast is
HOPEFULLY looking much wetter next week. Everyone is sick of the dry
cold and you can't go anywhere without the perverbial "Sure is
cold"! Or something thereabouts! I'm sure i've said it at least 468 times!
Maybe 469 even!
Anyway, so much for the fucking weather! ( Sure is cold! )

Everyone is doing well and just plugging along and doing the everyday.
Mom is doing much better and is of course using a cane ( Or at least most of
the time! When she's not setting it somewhere and walking without it! )
I've been working lots and just staying busy. The fall work has finally
slowed up and so i'll be finding myself with more time on my hands and
of course less moolah! AAHHH the irony!

Speaking of irony, i really need to get the wrinkles out.

What! You expected sense! Yeah, right! The last time i made sense was in
the early 80's i do believe..maybe even the late 70's! And even then it was
short-lived i'm sure!

Ok, what the heck was i going to say? Not much i suppose...i know
we all move on and do our thing, and the past which we so much fall
back upon in memory and reflections fades a littles each day but certain
ones burn as bright as the day they were made. The times we all
experienced at Sunnyridge are forever a part of our collective picture
of what we reflect upon when we stroll down memory lane, and all
different of course..mine comes from those of a boy just entering the
wide-eyed awe of all the amazing things life seems to be made up of,
and Sunnyridge is forever a major part of my own picture of my
childhood. I think it's so awesome and amazing the way in which we all
somehow came together in this place and at that time, all different ages
and all walks of life..everyone making memories that would forever be a
part of who they are and who they would become..

A very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone from the
Eaton family..

Peace.

Ps. Ted, we have 20.00 we'd like to give towards the Dues..let me know
the best way to get it to you, thanks.

Adieu.

Geez, Mij,
Hope you get some moisture there.
Been lovely in Colorado especially when it gets to 5 degrees.
Most of the time it's 30 to 45 and lots of sun, so not so bad.
Perfect for Christmas.

As far a your offer to help out...I must decline. You guys have done way more than your share. Lets let some others contribute a bit.

From:     Ted     12/31/2011     11:01 P.M.
A wee bit early but saw the ball drop on TV and got a call from Faith and Al so...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

From:     barbara w.     1/2/2012     6:14 P.M.

happy new year. which republican candidate for pres did you say this is?

From:     Ted     1/2/2012     10:58 P.M.

Thanks, Barbara, for giving some meaning to an otherwise silly animation.
Actually I wouldn't wish such a fate on anyone except perhaps as a metaphor...an explosion of revelation as to the meaninglessness of opinion.
